Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of all the art in our galleries.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a full refund will be made if the piece is safely returned within 10 days of receiving it.  Please contact us first to arrange the return (wbrown@blueridgebiological.com).  Be sure to send the item with delivery confirmation (USPS First Class Mail) or use a delivery method that can be tracked.  Please repackage the item exactly as it was shipped to you for its safe return to our galleries.
